Each Friday in Twittersville, everyone shouts out their BFF’s so that others will learn just how terrific they are. I really enjoy this ritual and it is one of the longest lasting hastags on Twitter. BUT…there is beginning to be a bit of a problem. I have so many favs that I have a hard time getting them all in on Friday’s especially when I have much work to do. The prosecuting attorney approached the witness. “Do you happen to know any of the people you see in the jury box?”
The witness looked them over and thought carefully before replying.
“Yes, I know more than half of them.”
“Keep in mind the solemn oath you have made before this court,”
continued the attorney. “Can you swear that you know more than half of them?”
“Why, I most certainly can!” the witness fired back. “In fact, I’ll swear I know more than all of them put together.”

Florida-A judge denies a request for exhumation in a wrongful death suit
A Florida appeals court has ruled that a plastic surgeon may not have the body of a former patient exhumed in order to lessen civil damages from a wrongful death lawsuit. The 1st District Court of Appeal panel in Tallahassee found there was not sufficient evidence that an exhumation would yield new information relevant to the case. Survey: Physicians believe errors should be reported, but don’t always do so
WASHINGTON – Nearly half of all U.S. doctors fail to report incompetent or unethical colleagues, even though they agree that such mistakes should be reported, researchers said on Monday.
They found that 46 percent of physicians surveyed admitted they knew of a serious medical error that had been made but did not tell authorities about it.
“There is a measurable disconnect between what physicians say they think is the right thing to do and what they actually do,” said Eric Campbell …
