Little Rock, AR (CompNewsNetwork) – Arkansas Insurance Commissioner Bradford has announced a decrease in workers’ compensation costs effective July 1, 2009. The overall loss cost decrease in the voluntary market is 7%, while the overall decrease in rates for the assigned risk is 6.4%.
The majority of this decrease is credited to Act 796 of 1993 providing for aggressive health and safety programs which are currently in effect in many workplaces across Arkansas. Commissioner Bradford said, “I was involved in the 1993 legislation, and I …

Now if we are discussing my baking they would all be cake wrecks.  I love this site.  I started checking it out when someone sent me a link about some poorly spelled wishes.  Soon after I was hooked.  I mean, how could I not?! I love art, anatomy and cake!  with the addition of these anatomy cakes, now they totally rock!

Despite the lack of emotion in the text of Twitter, as you can see joakes are common place.  Some, like the first, are the result of friendly banter while others use their 140 characters to split the joke and punchline.  Enjoy!
