I don't think anyone truly understands what a small business owner goes through and sacrifices in order to be successful. All people see is the end result. Sometimes employees can be crazy as well. I had one employee get upset with me and state that I was very nice and great to work with but questioned me with this, "Why should she should do her job just to make money for me, it seems that the bottom line for you seems to be if I'm making money not how I feel about my work".
