According to the Associated Press, an Arizona appellate court has ruled stating the state’s law on medical malpractice lawsuits is unconstitutional.
This ruling came in a case in which the trial judge dismissed a malpractice suit after ruling that a doctor was not qualified under the state law to serve as the plaintiff’s expert witness.
