Once they are at the hospital the general consensus is that they are in a safe and bacteria free environment. Children look forward to moving out from under their parent’s wing, getting their own place and living under their own rules. Parents also look forward to having their own home without their children living there, being proud of their children for living on their own and sharing in their accomplishments. Recently I have had a couple of Worker’s Compensation patients with this condition. Both worked in the factory setting and were required to perform repetitive tasks. Both of my patients did eventually undergo surgical repair.
