Yanko Design created an image that has been used in various articles this month. Some like this one seen on Singularity Hub discussed monitoring of our bodies by way of computer hardware built in. The image seen here became more than just a sarcastic design image.
Jerry Jalva is a computer hacker. He lost his finger in a motorcycle accident with a deer and decided to replace the digit with a USB drive. His silicone prosthetic has the drive housed inside. He simply removes the prosthetic finger when he uses the USB drive. Photos of his prototype can be seen on Flickr.
