I was involved in a personal injury case that was going to mediation and asked Victoria to help me prepare the medical portion of the case. Victoria's medical notebook and report was professionally done and made such a wonderful presentation that I shared it with defense counsel at the mediation.
The Mediator commented that the adjuster and defense counsel were extremely impressed with the medical notebook and report prepared by Victoria. Because of her effort, we were able to get the case settled for twice what had been offered prior to mediation. It was clear that one of the main reasons we were able to settle the case was because of Victoria's work. In fact, the adjuster asked for a copy of the report to place in her file for reference.
